A Few Maverick bodies getting ready for paint!
Well it’s about time I posted some pictures of what I’ve been working on the last week. I havn’t had much time to work on these Mavericks due to being busy with builds for customers and a few tricky repair jobs!
I’m building 3 Mavericks at the moment, one in a beautiful 1 piece ash body and the other two are good old Alder;
Here they are in the midst of routing and sanding.
I have them all finish sanded now with the first few coats of Waterbased Sanding Sealer applied- just a few more coats and I can grainfill the ash one and get some colour sprayed on!
Here’s the ash body which is going to get a traditional 3 tone sunburst;
And here is one of the Alder bodies;
Hopefully I’ll be able to update in a couple of days with some shots of colour on them!
